Global Spiritual Life at NYU hosts 70 spiritual life advisors representing various faiths, denominations, and groups on campus; each is available to meet with students upon request.
Free Online Fitness Classes
NYU’s Department of Athletics, Intramurals and Recreation offers more than 100 free fitness classes each month for beginners, seasoned-athletes, and everyone in between!
Free Online Meditation and Yoga Classes
Over 25 meditation and yoga classes! From beginner to advanced. Various practices, styles and time zones are offered through this robust program.
Group therapy provides a safe and confidential place to explore concerns around various issues. Talking to other students who have had similar experiences offers support, healing, and perspective. Groups typically consist of 6-8 students meeting weekly, and all groups at NYU are led by trained therapists.
Wellness Workshops are designed to help students develop new skills that enhance personal, academic, and social well-being; current offerings span Life Skills, Navigating Healthy Dating Relationships, Stress Management During Uncertain Times, Understanding Trauma, Time Management and more. Workshops focus on skill acquisition and are only one to four sessions in duration.
