Green Zone (beta)

Take action to be better. The Green Zone joins the suite of community trainings that foster an inclusive, empathetic, informed, and safer NYU.

Participants in this training will:

  • Develop an understanding of key concepts and terminology related to sustainability to meaningfully participate in conversations about climate change and environmental justice.
  • Discuss and reflect on attitudes and behaviors around environmental and social impact and how these are shaped by systemic and personal factors.
  • Create a personal action plan.
The Green Zone training is 120 minutes and will take place in-person and over Zoom during the Fall 2021 semester.
