Green Zone
Take action to be better. The Green Zone joins the suite of community trainings that foster an inclusive, empathetic, informed, and safer NYU.
Participants in this training will:
- Develop an understanding of key concepts and terminology related to sustainability to meaningfully participate in conversations about climate change and environmental justice.
- Discuss and reflect on attitudes and behaviors around environmental and social impact and how these are shaped by systemic and personal factors.
- Create a personal action plan.
The Green Zone training is 120 minutes and will take place in-person and over Zoom during the Fall 2021 semester.
